Owner / Managing Director: Martin Kleemann
Martin studied economics at the University of Kassel and English at the United States International University of San Diego, CA.
He spent many years at cmm GmbH as the Head of Promotion & Marketing with responsibility for general PR and marketing (Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Peter Gabriel, Marillion, AC / DC, Eagles etc.) and additionally worked as personal promotional supervisor for Robert Plant, David Coverdale, Jim Kerr, Alice Cooper, Doro Pesch, Marty Friedman, Gotthard, Saga, Iron Maiden and many others. He was also Head of Academic Development at the Deutsche Pop Academy where he focused on course development, quality assurance and the supervision of professional networks, and project management for international university partnerships (University of West London / Bachelor program).
In his early years he was involved in PR, artist management, sponsorship and special workshops for Wacken Open Air.
Martin is a seminar developer and freelance lecturer in the areas of business start-ups in the creative industry, cultural events and artist promotion, music and event management, marketing and communications.
He is a member of the Rock / Pop Supervisory Board to the Lower Saxony Music Council e.V., the [kre|H|tiv] Network Hannover e.V. and as a singer, composer and lyricist also a member of the GEMA and GVL.
Product and Club Coordination: Olli Busse
Olli studied documentation science and has extensive experience in project management, public relations and online editorial. He is an experienced developer, organiser and leader of seminars and workshops in the field of public relations and communications.
Other areas of competence include media design (web design, layout and graphic design, video editing).
Olli was Managing Director of SOMA Music & Marketing GmbH in the area of club and live music (booking, marketing, promotion, organisation and presentation of live events of all kinds (concerts, readings, parties, discos …)
As a singer, composer and lyricist, he is member of the GEMA and the German Rock and Pop Music Association.
Musical Direction and Arrangements: Ritchie Kück-Michelmann
Ritchie studied guitar at the University of Lüneburg and has worked on countless live and studio performances for artists including Bobby Kimball (Toto), Ian Cussick, Edo Zanki, Scott Williams, Fabian Harloff, Julia Neigel, Herbert Grönemeyer’s Pop 2000 and Mario Hené.
He is the musical director for Andrew Strong (The Commitments), Bobby Kimball and Robin Beck, producer of various TV and radio commercials and shows (bigFM, ARD / Sauerlandpromotion) and represented by Warner Chappell Publishing as an arranger and composer.
He also offers endorsement workshops for Yamaha, Vox and Steinberg.
